FINANCIAL PROTECTION ADVISER

Location: Home working positions available throughout UK

Income Expectations: circa £50,000+ (Uncapped, commission only)

Contract: Self employed

  • Earn from a 50/50 commission split arrangement (normally equates to an annual premium payable to you) with realistic earnings potential of circa £50,000 to £100,000 pa


About the Financial Protection Advisor role:

Doing things the "right way" you will be working with protection industry professionals with access to the whole of the protection marketplace, as well as benefitting from market leading commission arrangements and all the necessary compliance support and the technology to succeed. 


In order to be successful in this role you must: 

  • Have at least 1 years’ experience in protection advice. 
  • Be motivated to provide the best service possible. 
  • Be ambitious and ready to help shape your own future. 
  • You should have experience of generating appointments and have a desire to succeed through consistent client activity. 
  • You will be able to build long-term client relationships and always have the client at the heart of what you do. We are looking for people who want to care for their clients’ needs.


General Responsibilities

  • Pro-actively build the business through client & professional connections activity
  • Prospect for new clients & professional connections
  • Provide ongoing & regular reviews to existing clients
  • Represent the firm professionally at all times


Specific Responsibilities

  • Issue clients with compliant disclosure of the company and its services
  • Analyse the information gathered and carry out appropriate research
  • Present recommendations in line with 3PPF and or Network sales process & client journey
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is submitted to appropriate insurance providers, 3PFP and or Network to allow prompt and accurate processing of applications & compliance monitoring
  • Ensure the TCF, T&C, internal compliance and FCA guidelines, as prescribed, are adhered to without fail
  • Reporting directly to a 3PFP Director and / or Senior Manager, for support, compliance and reporting reasons, you will be a valuable team member, a voice to help us change a sector still seen by many as un-important, skill less and “not really financial planning”.
